Single PCB, sticker marked "RomStar". I picked this one up at a local auction (as I have for many of the boards I own). They are usually a mystery 'till you get them home and plug them in to see what appears on the screen. (which is why I'm including the identification info above). From what I understand, a Sky Soldiers PCB and Time Soldiers PCB are identical, only differing in the ROM-set. I have not been able to confirm this myself yet. The graphics are nicely detailed, and the art style reminds me of the style used in a great board-game called "Crimson Skies".
